Motion-Tronix merges with Western Integrated Technologies
Western Integrated Technologies is proud to announce its acquisition of Motion-Tronix Inc. of Riverside, California, effective February 1, 2011. Motion-Tronix Inc. was founded in 1985 by Lynn Crook, Truman Jarva and Gary Fortune, specializing in the design integration and service of variable frequency drive systems and motion control systems.
The merger with Motion-Tronix Inc. enables Western Integrated Technologies to better support our complete Parker systems sale approach. With this acquisition WIT will now not only sell Parker drives but als service and install all Parker products offered. WIT believes the addtion of Motion-Tronix Inc.capabilities is viatal to its long term growth potential and will offer these enhance capabilities through all WIT locations.
WIT also wishes to welcome on board both Lynn Crook and Ron Hildreth. The newest WIT office will be supported by WIT Sacramento. Accounts payable and receivables will move to the corporate headquarters of WIT in Bellevue, Washington.
The newly merged company will adopt the Western Integrated Technologies company name. In addition:
