Today Western Integrated Technologies is proud to announce its intention to merge Team Hydraulics, Inc. of Vancouver, Washington, into the WIT family effective April 1, 2008.

Team Hydraulics, Inc., founded in 1997 by Larry Watson, specializes in the service, installation and repair of fluid power and motion control products throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The merger with Team Hydraulics, Inc. will enable Western Integrated Technologies to not only sell but also service, repair, and install all products offered. WIT believes the addition of Team’s capabilities is vital to its long term growth potential and expects, in time, to be able to offer these enhanced capabilities through all WIT locations.

Other companies purchased by Western Integrated Technologies include Forsburg & McLaughlin, Western Fluid Power, and certain assets of the Jack Ogle Company, Colorado Fluid Power and WHECO Hydraulic Division.

The newly merged company will adopt the Western Integrated Technologies company’s name. In addition, please note the following new information effective April 1:

WIT anticipates retaining 100% of the current Team Hydraulics Inc. team members. Some back office functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivables will be moved to the Western Integrated Technologies corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
