Guide Spacer Information for Parker F11 Series Motor
Marysville, OH – June 4, 2025 — Pump Motor Division Europe (PMDE) announces a design update to its F11 motor series, models F11-006 through F11-019. Historically, these motors have been assembled with two variations of the guide spacer (item 486): one design includes shims (item 488), and the other does not.
Effective September 1, 2025, all new F11 motors will be assembled with both guide spacers and shims as a standard configuration.
For repairs and reassembly of existing motors, it is critical to follow the original factory configuration:
- If the motor was originally built with shims, it must be reassembled with shims.
- If the original assembly did not include shims, reassembly should be done without them.
This ensures proper function and maintains the integrity of the motor.
