Our team also designs and builds rugged, high-performing hydraulic power units (HPUs), built to last the life of the equipment they power. Every solution we create is built around our customers’ needs, helping them solve challenges and succeed long-term.

Technical Sales Team

Our Technical Sales team is made up of knowledgeable, solutions-driven professionals who understand how our products work—and more importantly, how they help our customers succeed.

Our salespeople don’t just sell—they become trusted partners to our customers, helping them find the right products and systems for their applications.

ParkerStore Team

Our ParkerStores are a go-to resource for high-quality hose, fitting, and filtration solutions. As a ParkerStore associate, you’re the face of WIT—helping customers find what they need, solving problems on the spot, and guiding them to the right services.

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

• Build replacement hose assemblies for walk-in customers.

• Help customers choose the right hydraulic, pneumatic, or filtration parts.

• Connect customers to other WIT services like our Custom Build Centers or Hose Production Facility.

Repair Center Team

Our Repair Centers are all about keeping hydraulic and pneumatic systems running strong. We service a wide range of equipment across industries—manufacturing, construction, agriculture, commercial fleets, oil and gas, and more.

Our technicians are experts in diagnosing issues and performing everything from routine maintenance to complete overhauls. With the latest tools and a deep understanding of hydraulics, we provide quick, reliable repairs that minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Custom Manufacturing Team

At WIT, our Custom Manufacturing team designs and builds specialized systems tailored to each customer’s needs. From hydraulic power units to control panels and custom kits, we turn unique requirements into high-performance solutions.

Our engineers and technicians work closely with customers to understand their goals and bring their vision to life—every part, every system, every time.

High-Volume Hose Assembly Production Team

Our Hose Assembly Facility produces thousands of high-quality hose assemblies for industries that need reliable, rugged performance—fast. We specialize in hydraulic and industrial hoses, with precision and consistency at the core of everything we do.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced production environment using advanced tools and techniques. You’ll also help prepare kits with everything our customers need for installation or repair, making their work easier and more efficient.

Accounting Team

Our Accounting team is all about accuracy, efficiency, and insight. From financial reporting to helping the sales team understand performance, this group plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
