Benefits Include

Health Insurance: High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HSA) plan for employees and dependants. HSA earnings are non-taxable and accumulate year to year.

Dental Insurance: That includes in-network and out-of-network benefits.

Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance: Provides income replacement when a total and permanent disability keeps you from working.

Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: With option to include family coverage.

Island Branch Insurance Benefits
For the Honolulu and Hilo branches, WIT offers medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans through HMSA. There are three separate HMSA plans that you may choose from; CompMED, HMO, and the PPO plan. This plan renews July 1st of each year, you will be provided with the benefit enrollment forms and details upon eligibility.

For our Guam branch, WIT offers medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans through NetCare. This plan renews January 1st of each year. You will be provided with the benefit enrollment forms and details upon eligibility.
