Benefits Include

Mainland Benefits:

  • Health Insurance: High Deductible Health Plan offered by Regence BlueShield with Health Savings Account (HSA) plan for employees and dependents. HSA earnings are non-taxable and accumulate year to year. Open enrollment is October 1st of each year.
  • Dental & Vision Insurance: Both offered by Guardian, includes in-network and out-of-network benefits. Open enrollment is October 1st of each year.
  • Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance: Provides income replacement when a total and permanent disability keeps you from working. This benefit is provided to all employees free of charge.
  • Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: Voluntary Life options available and can include employee and family coverage paid by the employee.

Island Branches Benefits:

  • For the Honolulu and Hilo branches, WIT offers medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans through HMSA. There are three separate HMSA plans that you may choose from; CompMED, HMO, and the PPO plan. This plan renews July 1st of each year, you will be provided with the benefit enrollment forms and details upon eligibility.
  • For our Guam branch, WIT offers medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans through NetCare. This plan renews January 1st of each year. You will be provided with the benefit enrollment forms and details upon eligibility.

  • Direct Deposit: Semi-monthly direct deposit of your payroll check.

  • EAP: Employee Assistance Program with First Choice Health. The EAP is a counseling assessment and referral service offered to you at no cost. (offered to the Mainland and Hawaii offices)
