The Parker Fluid System Connectors Division is pleased to unveil the 4092 25 00US Transair Vented Ball Valve, now featuring a padlockable handle and an integrated venting port for improved system safety and convenience.

This full‑bore valve connects effortlessly to 1″ Transair pipe using the industry‑leading push‑to‑connect technology—delivering a fast, leak‑free installation without threaded fittings or soldering. Once the valve is closed, the downstream pressure is safely released through the built‑in vent port—activate it simply by removing the threaded plug during installation.

With its lockable handle, the valve enhances safety by allowing the system to be securely locked in position during maintenance or shutdowns. As a member of the Transair modular system, it offers durable aluminum components, tool‑free assembly, full flow design, corrosion resistance, and a 10‑year warranty—all backed by performance specifications up to 232 psi and nearly complete vacuum capability.

About the Transair System

Transair represents a high‑performance modular aluminum pipe system engineered for compressed air, vacuum, inert gas, and certain process water and chemical applications.

Push-to-Connect Technology

Sizes—from ½″ to 1½″—utilize push‑to‑connect fittings that enable fast, tool‑free connections. Just push the pipe into the fitting until it reaches the depth mark, and the gripping ring secures it in place.

System Benefits

  • Lightweight aluminum components make installation simpler and safer, particularly in elevated or confined work areas.
  • The system reduces installation, maintenance, and operational costs through modular flexibility and reusability.
  • Full‑bore design enables excellent flow characteristics.
  • Durable and corrosion‑resistant, with a 10‑year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Transair parts are 100% recyclable and guaranteed silicone‑free

Performance Specifications

  • Working pressures range up to 232 psi (16 bar), depending on temperature. For most sizes, the system handles:
    • 100 psi (7 bar) from –4 °F to +185 °F
    • 188 psi (13 bar) up to +140 °F
    • 232 psi (16 bar) up to +115 °F
*Note: For 6″ systems, the maximum is 188 psi
  • Vacuum capability reaches 99.9% (0.03” Hg / 1 mbar)
